Hello I’m Eva Connors

I am a fully qualified and experienced hypnotherapist. I am passionate about the mind-body connection and the extent to which it influences our lives.

I have been trained by some of the leading Solution Focused hypnotherapists and am certified in the field of Rapid Transformational Hypnotherapy. I am committed to ongoing learning in the fields of psychology and personal development.

I love helping people free themselves from the often debilitating symptoms they are experiencing. I work with them to acknowledge the impact of their experiences and then build their capacity to move forward with their lives, increasing their resolution and freedom. I am passionate and deeply committed to what I do and feel honored to be able to help people feel good about themselves.

I continue to expand my knowledge in all areas of personal development, including psychology, hypnotherapy, mindfulness, meditation, ancient teachings, and practices.

As an accredited Solution Focused Hypnotherapist, I am a member of the Association for Solution Focused Hypnotherapy as well as the National Board for Modern Psychotherapy.
